By making a booking and payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the tournament organizer and the payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for the booking and payment is accurate and complete.

Cancellation and Refund:
Our application has a cancellation policy of one week prior to any tournament. By booking through our application, you agree to this policy. Refund policy is clearly mentioned in the refund section.

Liability:
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during your participation in a tournament. By using our application and participating in a tournament, you assume all risks associated with such participation.

Intellectual Property:
All content on our application, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our intellectual property and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our application.

Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate your use of our application at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes:
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Your continued use of our application after any such updates shall constitute your agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions. By using our mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

Refund Policy
Our mobile app allows users to book tournaments, and we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. If a user is dissatisfied with their tournament booking or has made an error in booking, we offer the following refund policy:

Refunds for Canceled Tournaments
If a tournament is canceled by the organizer, users will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process.

Refunds for Cancellation by User
If a user cancels their tournament booking at least one week before the tournament start date, they will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process. If a user cancels their tournament booking less than one week before the tournament start date, they will not be entitled to a
refund.

Refunds for Technical Issues
If a user experiences technical issues that prevent them from participating in a tournament, they may be eligible for a refund. In such cases, users should contact our customer support team with details of the issue and evidence of the technical problem.

Refund Process
To request a refund, users should contact our customer support team within one week of the tournament date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds  s may take up to 15 business days to process. By booking a tournament through our mobile app, users agree to this refund policy. The policy may be subject to change without notice, and any changes will be effective immediately.

Account Deletion
Go to Home Page then Click on the three dots on the top right then Choose Delete account. All user’s data are deleted.
