Refund Policy

Our mobile app allows users to book tournaments, and we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. If a user is dissatisfied with their tournament booking or has made an error in booking, we offer the following refund policy:

Refunds for Canceled Tournaments

If a tournament is canceled by the organizer, users will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process.

Refunds for Cancellation by User

If a user cancels their tournament booking at least one week before the tournament start date, they will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process.

If a user cancels their tournament booking less than one week before the tournament start date, they will not be entitled to a refund.

The above cancellation refund policy is related to Charge tournaments, however changes are applicable based on tournaments’ organizer terms and conditions for each tournament.

Refunds for Technical Issues

If a user experiences technical issues that prevent them from participating in a tournament, they may be eligible for a refund. In such cases, users should contact our customer support team with details of the issue and evidence of the technical problem.
